5.1. Flexible Benefits
• The Flexible Benefits Scheme will allow each staff to claim up to $500 per calendar year in the following categories.

5.2. Medical Benefits
• All new employees are placed on the Medisave Cum Subsidised Outpatient (MSO) Scheme. Key features of the MSO Scheme are:
• Staff gets an additional 1%of their gross salary paid into their Medisave in lieu of hospitalization benefits
• For outpatient care, subsidised rate is 85% (for self) and 60% (for dependents) subject to a limit of $350 per calendar year
