Approach
The course will be interactive and experiential in nature. The programme uses an adventure-oriented “learning by doing” approach to meet the course objectives. This means that the participants will be eased into learning mode through direct and purposefully crafted activities in which they will accomplish the objectives in a fun manner.
Programme
To achieve the course objectives, the programme will be structured into 2 phases:
• Day 1 - Private Victory (Habit 1 – 3)
a) Be proactive in their actions & responses
b) Have a clear objective in school, family and life
c) Be able to prioritise tasks and manage time more effectively
• Day 2 - Public Victory (Habit 4 – 7)
a) Problem solving and decision making as a team
b) The importance of trust and support in a team.
c) The importance of effective communication skills for good teamwork
d) Renewing of oneself to maintain productivity
