  An Experience of a Lifetime, a Community for Life!
  Many know “OBS” to mean “Outward Bound Singapore”. To those in the community, it carries another message they are all too familiar with: “Others Before Self”.
  The OBS Alumni is a close-knit community of individuals who have been inspired by their OBS experience to make a difference to others. Our alumni are strong believers that the real journey begins when their course ends. They are connectors: bridging diverse communities with valuable support and resources. They are also catalysts: taking action to bring about positive change in the lives of thousands for whom a simple helping hand could make a world of a difference. Our Outward Bounders are big-hearted, capable, proactive, happy people – ladies and gentlemen who know what they want for the world, and gladly invest their time and experience to support key issues across geography and demographics.

  If you have completed an OBS course, we welcome you to the OBS Alumni! Connect with other like-minded Outward Bounders, and discover diverse opportunities for you to make a difference. You will also gain access to the exciting outdoor culture that OBS is reputed for plus a range of alumni privileges:
  - Complimentary or subsidized educational workshops/ skills training courses
  - Community engagement opportunities
  - OBS support for alumni-initiated community projects
  - Access to alumni-only events
  - Mentorship programmes
  - Games meets/ social gatherings
  - Alumni rates for selected OBS programmes
  - Alumni privileges at our partner merchants
  OBS Alumni are identified by the OBS-PAssion card. While it’s not a requirement for all Outward Bounders to hold the card, this needs to be presented to enjoy alumni privileges at our partner merchants. Haven’t got it? Sign up for one now, see below “Sign up for the OBS-PAssion Card”.
  Got a Cause?
  OBS is a strong supporter of alumni-initiated community projects. We work closely with our alumni – whether the young or the young-at-heart – to support worthy causes through various means: endorsement, funding, industry expertise, publicity etc. If you have a cause that you identify strongly with and would like to represent, speak to our alumni office today for an assessment of your proposed project and how OBS can lend a hand.   Do understand that as a non-profit organization, OBS is not able to entertain activities or campaigns targeted at driving commercial interest for a commercial entity. Project proposals must be demonstrated to be community-focused and are subject to OBS’ available resources and final decision.

  OBS is on Facebook! You may find some familiar faces as we share updates on happenings in the OBS community. Do pop by and leave us a note! Messages from our alumni always make our day.
  E-zine
  OBS also keeps our alumni updated of the latest happenings through our e-zine.   Sign up for the OBS-PAssion card
  The OBS-PAssion card needs to be presented to enjoy alumni privileges at our partner merchants. To sign up, please complete the application form and mail it to:

  A one-time fee of $7.00 is applicable. We currently accept payment by cheque only (issued to “Outward Bound Singapore”). Please mail this together with the application form. Due to the high volume of requests, please note that the processing time is around 8 weeks.
