Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) is part of a world-wide adventure-based training network with more than 55 centres in 30 countries.

Outward Bound Singapore is the leader in adventure education programmes in the region. Over the past 40 years, more than 200,000 individuals have been changed for life by an Outward Bound Experience. As we continue to grow and expand internationally, we are looking for suitable candidates to be part of the OBS family.

Not just any outdoor instructor, but an Outward Bound Instructor. By whichever name they are called, OBS Instructors are, undeniably, a special breed. What sets OBS apart from the rest is that our programmes are not just an adventure of a lifetime. Participants of OBS courses are embarking on a learning journey beyond their mental limits, and we want YOU to be part of it.

THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE MUST

• Preferably have Diploma or Degree qualifications
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work effectively with people of all ages
• Have an active sporting or outdoor background
• Be able to swim 200m
• Must be physically fit
